As part of the GP Contract in England, all Practices are required to publish the average earnings of all partners and salaried doctors working at the practice in the previous financial year.

These earnings relate to income from NHS England, CCGs and local authorities and public health services for the provision of GP services that relate to the contract or have been nationally determined. The earnings reported are before tax, national insurance and employee pension contributions and for partners the figures will be net of expenses.

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The pay for in the last financial year (2019-20) was xxxxxxx before tax and National Insurance.
