Our surgery building is purpose built and fully complaint with the Disability Discrimination Act and has wheelchair access throughout.

Facilities are available for the deaf at our reception desk.

Patient information guides are available in large print if required.

Disabled parking is available on request, please let our staff know if you need parking space. Please note: We can only provide parking for disable patients only. Otherwise parking is only for Surgery staff. Also there is a parking available on Eagle street, and you can use blue badge as well.

There are spaces for Bicycles in car parking.

If you require any assistance when visiting our Surgery, please let us know in advance or upon arrival.

Our all staff have chaperone training. Please let us know if you need a chaperone.

We have nappy changing facility in our surgery. Please ask at reception.

If you would like to breast feed your baby while waiting for your turn to be seen by Dr or Nurse, please ask at reception.

Guide dogs are welcome in the surgery, during your visit to see Dr or Nurse or when you come to book your appointment.

Non-English speaking patients

Please inform us in advance of your visit if you require an interpreter during your consultation. In Emergency, we can always use Telephone interpreting services provided by our local NHS authority. Our staff can speak Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, and Gujrati.
