With Patient Services you can now view, book and cancel appointments at your local GP surgery online.
You can also use Patient Services to order your repeat prescriptions. It is quick and efficient way to request repeats in your own time.
Online Access to Your Record
From 1st April 2015 you can use Patient Services to access your medical record. If you already use Patient Services for appointments and repeat medication, you will need to bring in proof of ID before you can use the Access to Records Service.
How do I register for Patient Services?
You must register for a username, password and a user token. This information will be emailed to you using the email address you provide as part of the registration process.
A copy of the registration form is available at the Surgery Reception. You will have to bring in a form of photo ID to register, to confirm your identity eg. Passport or Driving Licence.
Once you have your username, password and user token you can register for Patient Services.
Prescriptions: Order a repeat prescription
Appointments: Book or cancel appointments.
